Update: baby booties.

Hmm… I was surprised these actually turned out halfway decent.  My first booties!! And… something I’ve always wanted to do… and FINALLY did it: embroider cuteness on some regular onesies!  (PS: I love the word “onesie”). The booties and onesie are a gift to a wonderful co-worker of mine who is having her first grandchild!  … Continue reading »

The Thermals – Hi Tone, Memphis TN – May 19, 2009

New photo series on kandicook.com : The Thermals.  Yeah, they totally rocked my face off.  Vocalist/guitarist Hutch Harris totally said “HEY-OH!” immediately after I shouted it after a song, The drummer (Westin Glass) shook my hand at the end of the show and I also came home with the set list!!
