Since I finished crocheting all my squares for my afghan, I decided to take it slow on sewing everything together (as I determined this would be the most tedious and unpleasant part of the project). As of right now, I have 50% of the blanket connected. After everything’s sewn up, I’m planning on crocheting a border around the perimeter and then I’ll be done! I’ve already started to wonder what my next project will be. A friend introduced me to Ravelry a few weeks ago (find me on there- my user name is KandiCook) and I might wander around there for a while and find something I want to make next. Yay!
Also, I’d like to wish a happy “real” anniversary to my husband, whom I’ve known for exactly nine years today… ISGIFY.
